5 Breakfast Super-Meals for Busy Mornings

When you’re short on time in the morning & want to eat better, you need quick meals that are filling and packed with vitamins & minerals to energize you for the day rather than some snack bar or drive-thru. If you’re struggling to eat healthy in the morn, you need to learn how to make these super meals for breakfast:⁣

Blend together a smoothie pack or any frozen fruit, protein powder or greek yogurt, a blendable veggie like spinach, flax or chia seeds, and any milk or water(or leave it out to make it thicc)⁣

TIP: place the non-liquid ingredients in a ziplock bag, store in the freezer & it’s ready-to-blend whenever⁣

⁣Get a protein, veggie, carb and fat—preferably ones you can eat on the go. Ex: Deli meat + bell pepper + berries + guac.⁣

TIP: pack into a to-go container the night before & store in the fridge. Walk out the door w/ it in the AM⁣

Get a rice cake or toast your fav bread, frozen waffle, bagel, or English muffin. ⁣
Sweet toast: Top with nut butter, fresh fruit, seeds and enjoy with an on-the-go protein (e.g. hard-boiled eggs)⁣

Savory toast: Spread with a fat e.g. avocado, top with a protein e.g. deli meat, smoked salmon or slices of hard-boiled eggs. Finish topping with some veggies e.g. red onions, tomatoes or cucumber⁣

TIP: cut veggies & fruit ahead of time. Toast bread in bulk & store in an air-tight container on your counter.

Throw some plain dairy or non-dairy yogurt into a bowl or use a pre-portioned serving. Mix in a scoop of protein powder if you need. Top w/ fresh fruit, granola, chopped nuts, or seeds. “Season” with cocoa powder, cinnamon or vanilla extract⁣

GAME-CHANGER OVERNIGHT OATS⁣

Get rolled oats, plain yogurt, some kind of unsweetened milk & some raw honey or syrup. Add extras like protein powder, seasonings (cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla), grated zucchini or carrot, or chia seeds. Mix it all together in a mason jar and store overnight. Enjoy in the morning topped with fresh fruit, coconut or chopped nuts⁣
